We want you to be satisfied with your subscription. If the Service does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within the terms described below.
All refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and processed through our payment provider.
You may be eligible for a refund if:

We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your premium access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.
Refunds for Bitcoin/Lightning payments are handled the same as other payment methods. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to a payment method of your choice.
