inver.tips (the "Service") is operated by Christian Requena, based in Asuncion, Paraguay. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
inver.tips is a real estate analytics platform that provides market data, property scoring, investment analysis, and flood risk assessments for the Greater Asuncion area in Paraguay. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.
We offer free and paid subscription tiers (PRO and MAX) that provide access to varying levels of data freshness and features.
Some features require creating an account via Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Paddle's name will appear on your bank or card statement. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may be updated with 30 days notice.
Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
All prices are in USD. Applicable taxes may be added by our payment processor based on your location.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data, scores, or analyses provided.
Our property scores, yield estimates, and flood risk assessments are algorithmic approximations, not professional appraisals. Always conduct independent due diligence before making investment decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, inver.tips and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses from investment decisions made based on information provided by the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any prepaid subscription fees for the remaining period will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Asuncion, Paraguay.
If you have a complaint about the Service, please contact us by email. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to Paddle's customer support team, as Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all payment-related matters.
